What happens if the payment is received later than 2 hours specified on the site?

If 2 hours have passed since your order creation, but you or your exchange have sent the payment, just send us its' hash, provide a screenshot and order number AFTER the actual payout, we'll process the order manually according to regulations at https://alfa.cash/legal .
