A blockchain transaction is a transfer of funds between wallets that must be confirmed and recorded on the blockchain. The confirmation speed depends on network conditions and the transaction fee set by the sender. Unfortunately, we cannot influence or speed up this process, so you need to wait until the transaction receives the required confirmations.

There can be few reasons:

1. You made a mistake in the details.
2. There are not enough reserves to complete the payment - you can wait for the replenishment or ask for a refund.
3. Your amount is less than the minimum allowed.
4. You have paid your order manually, so we cannot complete the payment. In this case, the order will be refunded.
